How My Story Starts
My story with Air-cooled Volkswagens starts with a 1974 Super beetle my friend owned in high school. While in school me and him decided to rebuild the motor and at least get it running so he can drive it to school. So me and him pulled the motor and rebuilt the top end by putting a new piston and cylinder kit and new heads onto the block then we assembled all the tin ware and got the motor running. After we completed that, I fell in love with the Air-cooled VW platform with their ease of maintenance and ability to work on one with very little tools. After he got me hooked on the platform I went and bought my first of many Air-cooled VW's a 1964 Ruby Red Sunroof Beetle named Meep. The rest after that is history because I fell in love with them so much I decided to build my own restoration service to bring top notch cars to my customers!
